Uni-UK does not publish or distribute personal details to third parties*

Uni-UK reserves the right to send out, from time to time, e-mails regarding Uni-UK services and offers.

Services available according to type of membership :

Uni-UK does not collect personal information on its members. Should a member disclose personal information on the website they do so at their own risk. Uni-UK strongly recommends that members do not publish personal details.

Uni-UK is not responsible for any postings made by members as members have a duty to ensure the content of anything they post is appropriate. Anyone may make a complaint directly to Uni-UK (complaints@uni-uk.co.uk) inappropriate postings may be removed and the member warned.

Uni-UK reserve the right to permanently remove a member, all their postings and Uni-Points for misuse of the website.

Postings may be considered inappropriate if they are derogatory, pornographic, abusive, racist, inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, insulting, antisocial, discriminatory, unreasonable or unfair. Uni-UK is the sole arbitrator of what is or is not appropriate; their decision to remove a posting is final and cannot be contested.

Course search information is for guidance only. Uni-UK cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the database. Users have a duty to check all information with UCAS and the appropriate institution. Uni-UK recommends that users use other sources to ensure their research is comprehensive.

Any advice and/or guidance given are published in good faith. Uni-UK does not accept any responsibility for omissions, errors or inaccuracies.

Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser. Uni-UK is not responsible for their content, errors or omissions. Advertisers will agree to the current terms and conditions for placing an advertisement each time they place an advertisement.

Advertisers can place as many advertisements as they wish while their membership is in force.

Uni-UK does not recommend or endorse any jobs, accommodation or any other products or services advertised on this site. Users respond at their own risk. Any disputes are between the user and the advertiser.

Any transaction carried out between users is completed at their own risk. Users are required to make their own arrangements for payment and delivery. Uni-UK does not accept any responsibility for the quality, accuracy, delivery or payment of any deal.

Uni-UK cannot be held responsible for the content of any website link appearing on Uni-UK.

Uni-Points are awarded according to the published guidelines. They have no monetary value. Should the system lose a member's uni-points the member may contact Uni-UK and request to have them re-instated, however Uni-UK are not obliged to do so.

Uni-UK reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions from time to time as required.

*The only exception is in the event of an official complaint made by a regulatory body against a specific member Uni-UK will, at their discretion, pass on the users e-mail address to the regulatory body. (Regulatory bodies include, but are not limited to, the police, an officer of the court, the office of fair trading, a senior officer at any School, University or College).
